The Fort Worth District Dental Society is founded on the principle that we, as dental professionals, are stronger together. Our Mentorship Network is designed to build the FWDDS community while supporting the next generation of dental professionals
The program offers Mentees the opportunity to build their network of business contacts, boost their dental IQ and benefit from valuable relationships. For Mentors, the program is a chance to provide sound advice based on experience to help ensure that your profession is in good hands with new dentists.
The Fort Worth District Dental Society prides itself on being an organization where “membership is personal.” We value new dentists entering our community and want to share our collective knowledge with them as they start their career. FWDDS also wants to support member dentists who may be in a challenging season in their career and need a trusted ally to guide them through the situation.
